Write On For Israel Honors Pro-Israel Advocates on Campus

June 11, 2007, New York....Write On For Israel honored four graduates of the Class of 2005 for their pro-Israel work on campus at graduation exercises last week. Pictured (from left to right) is Gary Rosenblatt, editor and publisher of The Jewish Week which sponsors Write On, Jennifer Sutton, a student at Washington and Lee University, Ben Decker of Emory University, Charles Harris of the University of Pennsylvania and David Harris, Executive Director of the American Jewish Committee who was keynote speaker. Not pictured are Rachel Bayefsky of Yale and Melissa Hauptman of the University of Pennsylvania. Now entering its sixth year, Write On For Israel trains a select group of high school students how to defend Israel on college campuses. The program is funded by the AVI CHAI Foundation.
